We always go to Cooper’s hawk for New Year’s Eve dinner. I get it was really busy but they were obviously short staffed. My water wasn’t refilled until I asked a while after. Ordered filet medallions which is always good. However mine had blood coming from it which is not what I asked for. They took it back .. it was still red when I received it again. Manager came over , she was very nice however didn’t offer anything to make it right. Maybe a glass of wine on the house etc. since my husband was almost done with his. Seems like the last couple years the service is lacking. Hence why we cancelled our membership to the wine club. For what you’re paying should be flawless. Dessert was flourless chocolate torte. It was delicious as always.

As usual we had a great experience at CHW! We’ve been going there since 2014 when they opened! It was very busy, but they had plenty of staff and the food and service was excellent! Since it was so busy the noise level was a bit high for my liking, but it was New Year’s Eve!

Food and service is always excellent. Staff was attentive and were always checking up on us to ensure everything was to our liking.

Out food wasn’t served hot. The Brussel sprouts were mostly the leaves and not as I’ve had them in the past. The chicken Madeira sauce was very thin which made the plate a soupy mess and tasted saltier than when we previously enjoyed it. It was not our best experience here.
