                                                                                          As always, it takes forever to get your cocktails at this place. Appetizers came long before our cocktails. We usually have two cocktails each, but only one this time because they took forever We sat with dirty dishes on our table for the majority of our visit. Service was not good tonight.

                                                                                          We had a very lovely waiter, loved the grouper and the jambalaya in the Pinot Gris wine was very light and tasty. Had a great New Years dinner.

                                                                                          We had, a terrible experience with this place. Had the worst service you can expect from a server. Very very sad, since we invited our whole Florida family (10 ppl) to encourage them to become a member and of course now they are not. The server was doing her job almost forced since the beginning, and we know about service since we work on that. They brought my sandwich with a fly swimming in the sauce, then 3 coffees totally cold and told us we had to wait 10 minutes for fresh coffee (that, we understand). She left the cold coffees in the table, that was a mess already for not cleaning anything before dessert and never offered/brought any water!!. TERRIBLE! I spoke with one manager (Cloe?) she offered not to charge the coffee and it was in the bill when I tried to pay first time. So, the manager didnt do anything to change our already bad experience. Very disorganized place. Sad, because other servers were nice with customers in the tables around. Maybe we were not lucky today with that lady, but it's an expensive US $300 bad luck day. Never again.

                                                                                          In the beginning our server was nowhere to be found. I spoke with the manger and it was a lot better. I did mention the ladies room needed attention, there was toilet paper everywhere. I was promptly taken care of. Not sure why no one said anything. I am a Wine Club member and the food has always been great.

                                                                                          My wife and I shared a meal at Cooper's Hawk, Wesley Chapel, on New Years Eve. They were very busy. We had a wait to be seated and served. It was our first time at the restaurant and while we waited, we took in the surroundings. Since it was New Year's Eve, the crowd was very eclectic, and some dress was entertaining keeping us interested while we waited. Our server did a wonderful job for us and the food was excellent. Because of the crowd, the restaurant was very noisy. However, we enjoyed our dining experience and will go again, possibly to their week-end brunch.

                                                                                          Excellent New Years Eve dinner! It was busy because of the holiday but we didn’t even notice. We had excellent service from start to finish. We were not rushed at all. Food was excellent. Very enjoyable evening.
