I had colleen in the tasting room, she is so knowledgeable & funny & attentive! It was awesome to do a tasting with her again. After the tasting we sat in the dinning room. We were seated by Braselina she is sooo friendly & has a great bubbly personality! Because of them I can't wait to come back!

My friends and I had a delightful wine tasting. Pam always greets us with a smile and is attentive to our needs. Our server, Bobby, was prompt and was knowledgeable of the menu. He checked in on us as necessary and was cheerful during our entire meal. As always, the general manager, Eric, was able to answer all our questions regarding an event we wanted to plan. He is always a pleasant to speak with whenever I am at this location. Pam and Eric make the Wheeling location my primary Coopers Hawk location to dine at. Can’t wait for my next meal!

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my wife’s birthday at Cooper’s Hawk! From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, everything was perfect. The food was delicious, and the wine pairings elevated the meal to another level. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel special, even surprising her with a birthday treat. It was a memorable evening, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for making her day so special!

Cooper’s Hawk (Wheeling) has a robust Gluten-free menu, even pastas. It’s nice to have a good restaurant that offers a wide selection of food and drinks for people of all ages (nice kids menu), culinary tastes, and dietary needs.
