We were able to take advantage of that wine time menu which included tempura shrimp. I had the jambalaya which was prepared perfectly. Our waitress Marlen took excellent care of us making certain that everything we needed was there before we asked. This place is amazing.

It appears that the quality of the food at this CHW has declined. The portions seem to be smaller. I ordered the Napa chopped salad and there was very little chicken in the salad. Even though the waitress had my CHW membership card, she did not use my loyalty reward as requested and she did not add my membership to the bill. My CC was billed twice for the same meal!. I strongly suggest that the bill should be checked for accuracy. In the past, the staff would check your membership to determine if there were any rewards to use or bottles of wine to pickup. It seems that this practice has been stopped at this CHW.

Had problem with food gave me wrong items and meat was well done not medium as ordered they comped my dinner and wine which was very nice but took long time to get the new dinner I expected more from them

Seated promptly, Bobby the server was excellent. Food a little pricey but delicious. Baked potato was not an actual potato while good I was looking forward to a “baked potato “. My husband is handicapped with a walker. Tables were so close together it made it very difficult to get to our table in the very last corner of the restaurant.

Our waitress was young & very unexperienced. It took a long time just to get any service & even our water. Then waited so long to get our beverage & then to place our order. Everything took so long. We were there over 2 hours. The food was good & we all enjoyed our meal but I took people who hadn't been before & was embarrassed for such terrible service. It wasn't good but luckily I've been enough & enjoy Coopers Hawk. Will make sure to have an experienced wait staff.
