3 pm reservation was perfect. On new years eve to beat the rush and have a wonderful dinner. Christian was wonderful, and Eric stirred up great drink.... thank you again, and happy new year to the whole staff!!

Our first time there. Our server Cam was very attentive to all our needs. Started off with two appetizers: stuffed mushrooms and the bruschetta. Both were really tasty. Our party of 4 each ordered the boneless ribeye which was beautifully presented on individual cutting boards rather than a plate with an entire head of roasted garlic. We shared a side of mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. We all enjoyed our meal. We also ran into another couple we knew and they also loved their entrees. We will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu!

So grateful that Coppolillo’s is open on Christmas because we had no kitchen at the moment. Appreciate the staff’s sacrifice to come in and make a memorable experience. We were seated for our reservation immediately. The service was prompt and never rushed. Our waiter Eliot was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our food was delicious and well prepared. The portions are generous. We all ate too much! But wanted to try so many dishes. The beet salad was surprisingly elaborate in composition and so delicious. The Salmon was fabulous as was the ribeye with truffle sauce (special). Desserts are large and thoughtfully presented with extra garnishes. A+++. Will return!!!

First time visiting Coppolillo's Italian Steakhouse. There was a little confusion as too who was actually our server. Apparently our servers family was in in the restaurant so he was doing more visiting than serving. After 5-6 minutes of sitting at our table one of the bartenders asked if we had been helped yet. I shared we haven't and he was the one who told us that our servers family was there. After that the service was great. Drinks were great. Got the mussels and they were amazing. We both got dinners of the specials list for Christmas night. Both were really good. Mine was exceptional. We have been to similar steak restaurant's around the country. I would say the value here was one of the best. I would defiantly go back. I'm not going to hold the small service glitch against them, but I do always try to share the exact experience.

My first time here. Was with my daughter for Xmas. I had shrimp risotto. My daughter had ravioli. Marco was great. Lovely time. Little gem in Libertyville

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Our server was beyond great. The chicken Marsala and the chicken piccata were outstanding. The sides and main dish of penne marinara hit the spot. The steak trio - fantastic. Don’t forget the gelato! Be back soon! Photo of Carmel cake with caramel gelato!

If you’re looking for an exceptional dining experience, this Italian steakhouse is a must-visit. I dined there on Christmas Day, and everything was perfect. The steaks were cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and expertly seasoned—while the Italian dishes were rich and authentic. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, with a festive holiday touch that made the evening special. Our waiter, Jared, truly elevated the experience. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations that we absolutely loved. His warm demeanor and impeccable service made us feel right at home. This restaurant is a gem, and Jared is a star! Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch food and service.

went with another couple for first time on Christmas day. 2 people had a special of lobster and scallop fettucini. The scallops were like little marbles and the lobster was a piece of shell with only a bit of lobster inside. 1 had a filet which was ok but not as good as expected. 1 had spaghetti and meatballs which was ok. bread came with a dish of oil and parm that was too messy for everyone to get some on their bread. for desert we had tiramisu which was good. We had cannoli which were awful! won’t be going back.

Christmas Eve so a very busy night. Staff was awesome…attentive, helpful and really worked together well. The food was excellent…we had the Ribeye special and Ravioli. Salads and Gelato. Everything was outstanding. Will be back soon.
