Introducing Cornus, a rooftop space in Belgravia, the second restaurant from David O’Connor and Joe Mercer-Nairne of the acclaimed Chelsea restaurant, Medlar.

Chef Gary Foulkes will lead the kitchen, joining from the Michelin-starred Angler to offer a regularly changing menu. Foulkes will lead the kitchen, combining his ingredient-led approach with flavours and techniques encountered on his travels around the world. Foulkes will create an à la carte menu of creative, elevated dishes, grounded in the traditional principles and techniques of French cuisine. The menu will showcase the best of the British and European larder. David will lead the Front of House team alongside Wine Director Melania Battiston.

                          Excellent food and service. The wine list is really well placed and some interesting wines from further afield. It’s good to see more Greek wines on wine lists, more please! This was our second visit, we enjoyed it immensely, we couldn’t really fault it. It was low keyed but opulent. Service and attitude warm and professional. We highly recommend it and hope they get a well-deserved Michelin star!

                          really nice bright place well designed and nice service. we had the set lunch which was very good and jsut about the right pricing. the larger set menu and the a la carte looked a bit pricey, but will try again for the set lunch.

                          The focus is on the food….and the food is sublime. The service, wine/bev, and ambience are all perfect in their support of the carefully sourced, precisely cooked, thoughtful cuisine. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

                          After eating out sooo many times recently and being disappointed it was a joy to get it right . Superb cooking and presentation with delightful service AND peaceful. Cant wait to go back
