   Excellent appetizers, good wine and great filet mignon with a sauce that is a dream in flavor. I will definitely return. I love jazz and were not playing but will return soon…

   A friend recommended Costa Azul and it was wonderful. The ambiance & food, as well as the service were fantastic. I will go back.

   El ambiente, el joven que nos atendio, los cocktails, la cena, la decoracion, etc, fue un conjunto exquisito y agradable. Al final de la cena nos ofrecioeron, cortesia de la casa, un wiskhey hecho a base de mani muy rico. Recomiendo el lugar sin duda alguna.

   Let me start by acknowledging the amazing waitress that welcomed us and served us all night, Súper professional, knowledgeable and polite. The restaurant is nice and relaxing, with dark interior and amazing art, although I wish that lighting was a bit more dim specially on top of the tables. The kitchen was very slow, we waited more than 1hr for our main courses to come out, they definitely need some technique improvements to ensure the temperature of the food stays consistent when you have a big table, like warming your plates in the oven before plating to ensure everyone gets there food warm enough. I will recommend it but I don’t see myself going back.

   I rarely post reviews, but Costa Azul was truly fantastic -- nearly perfect. It doesn't look like much from the outside: in a small strip mall on the opposite side of highway 26 from the beach, but it's gorgeous inside, very classy with great artwork. We had two appetizers and three entrees, and everything was incredible. The chorizos in wine were lean and flavorful, and the red wine sauce, with mushrooms and onions, was excellent. The mussels in lemon and chipotle peppers were a little small, but the sauce was amazing, perfect for dipping bread, or for dipping some of the best french fries we have ever had. All of the portions were large in relation to the prices, which were not cheap, but fair because of what you got. The three entrees -- seafood paella, grilled salmon in a fabulous spiced rum sauce, and skirt steak -- were equally impressive. Finally, the service was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, and each course arrived in a very reasonable amount of time.

    Wait staff and food were both delightful. Great way to celebrate a birthday. Will definitely return if we, hopefully, vacation again in Puerto Rico.
