Food was good as always There was a majority of the items very low and not being filled like Caesar salad Mushrooms, etc The cheese and salami were very dry The service was very slow, maybe she was overwhelmed as we saw her with numerous tables but she got our drinks then never came back to check on us til time for the check

Had a great dinner here. We were so full! All of the meats and sides were great and it was a good experience. Make sure to come hungry!

The building itself does not set up for the best ambience but that can’t really be helped. Also, there’s live music in Columbia on weekends now so there is a lot of loud music from outside the restaurant. Again, not the restaurants fault. Otherwise it was a great time

We follow an animal-based diet with some fresh fruit added. Brazilian steakhouses are perfect for us. We used to frequent this location weekly, but started to go to a place about 20 minutes closer to our home, so we have not eaten at Cowboys in a few months. Since my wife is a big fan of their brisket, we decided to make the hour drive for dinner. The meats were very good, the service was solid and some of the staff (host, server and manager) remembered us and were very hospitable.
