We reserved a table to watch the Cdn/US hockey game and when we walked in at 5:30 the place was half empty but and we were seated in front of a TV that was broken and turned off. When we asked to move to another table we were told that everything was full and also that our reservation ended at 7 and would have to leave anyway.

We had a reservation for 2 and were given a terrible table that was attached to the side of booth with 6 people where their hair and coats were all over our table and extremely loud. We were told there are no other options, no even at the seats at the bar even though there were empty spaces everywhere. We were extremely disappointed and had to find another restaurant last minute in -30 before our show even though we had planned in advance. We will not booked their again. BLANCO across the street was delicious and great service

We were a large group but weren’t told ahead of time that there would be an automatic gratuity, I understand this is normal practice so that’s fine however, we were seated at two different tables and treated as two different tables. We should not have been assigned the automatic gratuity if we were going to be treated/ served separately. The table I was at had all of our drinks/ food well before the other table and we were finished eating before the other table had received their food. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Our servers were amazing and when we went to pay did tell us about the automatic gratuity but also said which the person who sat us also told us, we were never told. The lack of communication is disappointing.

Craft always has great food and beer! Our server Jordyn gave me some samples of beer to test before deciding on one. It was great! I enjoyed the Poke Bowl, and my friends I was dining with also enjoyed their dishes. Thank you to Jordyn for her attentiveness and knowledge of the menu.

Absolutely the best place we have eaten at in a long time. A friend recommended this place for us as we are travellers here for an Oiler’s game. Everything was fantastic! Recommend to everyone to try this place out!

We ended up leaving and canceling our food order. One guest ordered an Americano, and what was brought was drip coffee with extra water in it. No one said that was what they offered for Americano - it was just given. No cream available, only milk. Happened right after the “Americano” so rubbed salt in a wound. Then our gluten intolerant guest felt nervous and unsafe when our server came back from the kitchen saying there was soy in the hollandaise and that made it not gluten conscious. That item was the only GF item in the brunch menu, and soy isn’t a gluten item. We no longer trusted the restaurant, so we paid for our drinks and left before eating. I do not recommend this restaurant for brunch.

The food was superb (hubby had the burger and he said it was the best he ever had), service was amazing (Mitchell was fantastic) and we loved the overall vibe. Definitely be back.
