Such a great experience for a celebratory meal. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was excellent. We really enjoyed our experience. Would 10/10 recommend.

The atmosphere was wonderful and our waiter was amazing! However, when we were checking in downstairs, the man asked me to keep my coat on because they have a dress code. We were well aware of the dress code when making a reservation. A woman rushed over looked at me and said “no he’s OK. He is within the dress code.“ While there was no issue with my clothing, the gentleman‘s first response did put a damper on our evening and made us feel a little bit “less than” while eating in the restaurant. We usually dress up very nice with suit and tie and elegant gowns, but we were going ice-skating after. We had to walk a fine line of dressing nice and yet dressing to go ice-skating for the Christmas season. We were both a little self-conscious, my girlfriend and I, after he made that comment, in front of others.

We had a fantastic experience for my birthday. The server was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. We were amazingly surprised with the variety of food stations. Needless to say, food was plentiful and delicious. There was a light breakfast area, a seafood station with fresh oysters on a half shell. Soft drinks, coffee and tea are included in the brunch price. However, they also had fresh orange, cantaloupe, pineapple and even orchata. Now, if you are interested in the views of Dallas downtown and its surrounding, you will not be disappointed. All in all, we had a fabulous experience.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if it wasn't for the view. It took over 10 minutes after being seated for the server to come by. At that point there was no welcome in, have you been here before, walk through of the menus, recommendations, or acknowledgement of my birthday. Just any appetizers and what do you want to drink. Another 20 minutes later we still hadn't received our drinks and ordered our entrees. I had to send my steak back twice, through other servers as ours did not return after the food was dropped off. It was still incorrectly cooked. The sides were bland. The best part of the meal was the salad we ordered for an appetizer. We never received our drinks, our waiter maybe said 15 words to us the entire time we were there, and when we went to share our concerns with a manager they walked away from us mid-sentence and never returned to address our concerns.

Overall good experience. The service and food was great. We were a bit disappointed that the restaurant no longer revolves, but otherwise all was great.

We were seated perfectly on time, service was slow to start, but once our order was brought out the service was a little better, food was some of the best we have ever had, price was what we expected for a wonderful meal. 5 Stars to the Chefs for the meal and desert, they provided an incredible meal. Thanks to Crown Block for making our anniversary dinner special.

The service is what makes this place! Impeccable and attentive. I have dietary restrictions that they took into consideration to a T! Including gluten-free bread options as well as onion and garlic restrictions that the kitchen accommodated perfectly. And the Emeritas Pinot noir was perfecto!
