Looked up the place online. Menu seemed inspired and looked tasty. Upon arrival, we were sat 15 minutes after our reservation time. A waiter came after around 10 minutes of waiting and never told us his name. Service was poor, to say the least. Constantly had to remind him of things that we had asked for. Cocktails were excellent. About the only thing I would maybe go back for, but only if I was sat at the bar. The food was okay. My date ordered the cacio e Pepe, and it had almost no flavor. Pasta was cooked decently. I had the Mongolian braised beef and was underwhelmed. The beef was cooked nicely. Flavors were decent, texture was a nightmare. Everything but the beef was overcooked and soggy. Unpleasant to eat. Place was packed so I can forgive the slow service a bit. Overall, most likely not going back.

One of my new favorite spots in uptown Austin. Food, service, and ambiance were all spot on. The most notable dishes were the 36hr ribs, which were fall off the bone tender and absolutely delicious, and the pecking duck and shrimp fried rice which was a unique and complex dish. Our server, Cale, did a great job with both recommendations and general service. We sat outside, and despite it being freezing, their covered patio was very comfortable with plenty of fire pits and heaters to keep us warm. Overall, I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
