Welcome to Bricktown, OKC! Provision Concepts has partnered with James Beard nominated Chef James Fox, to create Culprits. Serving an incredible, globally inspired menu in the new Renaissance Hotel, along with mouth-watering sushi, steaks & seafood, you can also enjoy craft cocktails in a refined and elegant, yet comfortable atmosphere. From the moment we were greeted by the hostess, it was evident that the staff cares about its customers. We were seated at a lovely table by the window. Our server Carrie quickly took our drink order and was so charming throughout the meal. The Phoenix Fire shrimp appetizer was full of plump, juicy, tender shrimp and so fantastic. The Spanish rotini was delicious but the star of the dinner was the Frenched pork chop. Cooked perfectly and so delicious! The entire experience was absolutely wonderful!

Culprits is our choice for any celebration (birthday or anniversary) and date nights. We also enjoy going with friends. The food and service are top tier. The sushi and tuna tacos are our most favorite appetizer choices. Don't overlook the fried rice as a side dish. Its 10/10 and the best with the Brussels. Definitely recommend Culprits!

Great experience! Table side smoked old fashioned, flaming scallops & Whipped goat fig dip are not to be missed!!!

Absolutely incredible! We weren’t expecting much but my goodness everything we ate was so good! I didn’t think food in OKC could be this good.

Great experience! Food was delicious. We had the rib eye with garlic butter and brown sugar honey, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese! All was cooked to perfect! We will definitely be back.

Food was fabulous!! Drinks were delicious! Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. We enjoyed our evening of dining and visiting with friends. I was only surprised when management asked us to take care of our ticket (we had already asked to divvy the bill) so that the next reservation could have our table. There were multiple open tables next to us and we had been at our table for exactly 2 hours. We didn’t realize there was a time limit…good thing we didn’t want dessert.

We loved it. The service and food were great. Just a minor drawback is it being in a hotel made it feel less special for a date night. But it was great.

The service was really good. The server greeted us very quickly after we arrived and was attentive overall. We were there for breakfast, and it was just generally disappointing. There was nothing that was wrong, my food came just as ordered, it just wasn’t as good as I was expecting for a restaurant as beautiful as it was. It was very much a decent hotel breakfast, and paled in comparison to a relatively over saturated Oklahoma City breakfast scene. Kitchen 324, Sunnyside Diner, Hatch, even Seltzer (which is also a hotel restaurant in the Omni), blew this place out of the water. If I was being overly picky, which I am because my food was overall okay, my eggs were a little over-seasoned, the oil might have been a tad old for the hashbrown tumblers, and I’ve never really had an odd flat croissant before (that was also pretty dry). Overall, it was fine but I would choose a better option for a similar or cheaper price.
