                                                                                                                                              Stopped by here for a light dinner after our show and had a great experience. We have visited CURED before but just wanted to try a few different starters and a cocktail today and did not have time in our schedule for a full meal. Lovely time, attentive staff and delicious food. All anyone could ask for. Hope to return again soon

                                                                                                                                              We waited 15 min for server to approach to ask for drinks menu. Table next to us gave us theirs as server nowhere to be found. Very slow service. I asked if they were understaffed and answer was no. We enjoyed the filet. The ossobuco empanadas just ok. I prefer cassoulet a little thicker. It was watery as was the tiramisu. Was told dessert was made to order and I guess it showed. Cream was broken, bottom was like they added a couple of shots of diluted coffee so strong you couldn’t taste anything else. Don’t think there was any liquor in it. Definitely not refrigerated to set. We liked the decor and ambiance.

                                                                                                                                              Someone obviously cares about the Front of House b/c our waitress was above reproach. Attentive but not too much, water glasses never less than half full, gave excellent recommendations. The food was INCREDIBLE. The filet mignons skewers with chimichurri practically melted in my mouth. The beef tartare was texturally perfect, the rosemary focaccia toasts had a crisp crust but were fluffy at the same time. I mean, the house smoked meats were insanely good, but so was everything else. The crème brûlée was one of the best I’ve ever had, although a little more sugar crackle on top is my personal preference. The tiramisu was a cup of heaven. If I could eat here every day I would!! BRAVO!

                                                                                                                                              I hadn't been to Cured in some time, and was impressed with the evolution of its menu and the high quality and inventiveness of the food. And, it's a very nice atmosphere for food, drinks and conversation. Very enjoyable.

The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing and Erika our server was professional, attentive and friendly. I have already recommended this restaurant to another 15 people. I was very impressed with this experience and will be back soon.

They make their own hams and I’ve never had better. Get the charcuterie to start to sample some. Amazing server who was very knowledgeable and a cool ambiance.
