We have come here for our date night at least 5 times. It's tapas style so everything is easily shareable small plates. By now we have tried almost the whole menu, trying seasonal dishes as they are available. Our MOST Favorite dishes, 10/10 everytime without fail are: the Crudo, (it's the sauce and the home-made tostada chip things. An explosion of bright and savory with the perfect amount of heat!!) the Lollipop Lamb Chops (always cooked to absolute perfection), & the Shrimp Skewers (the mint sauce is an experience!) We also cant pass up the asparagus salad! (shredded asparagus with a super flavorful sauce) Every dish is always the same consistent perfect quality and flavor. Our meals are always perfectly cooked and you can taste the love, even if that sounds dramatic, its true! Our go to Favorite cocktails are: Guavalajara, Como La Fluer Matadora, and La Madrina! (Their cookie dough whiskey shots are a fave if we are celebrating) We honestly have never been disappointed. This is where we come when we want a for sure great meal. The servers are always warm, upbeat, attentive and knowledgable with great reccomendations. This is our favorite romantic, delicious, and overall favorite dining in Phoenix. We have also seen the owner there working the restraunt as a server, and you can tell she puts her heart and soul into the entire expereince. Very cool to see her involved!

A fabulous meal we will always remember! Everything was outstanding. We first devoured Argentinian shrimp and wanted to lick our plates. The octopus carpaccio and the potato croquettes were also divine. Reyna and Audrey made excellent recommendations and truly provided world class service. Highly recommend!

This place is such a gem. The service is warm and attentive, and each dish is thoughtfully prepared, and deliciously executed. We had the red sangria, potato croquettes, iberico ham, noble bread with tomato confit and the rib eye. Exceptional. The dining room is intimate and perfect for conversation. This just may be my favorite place in the Valley.

Cute and Quaint we enjoyed the tapas style offerings of Dahlia. I would recommend reservations as it is very small but charming inside. We were greeted warmly and promptly sat by Jorge with ease and friendly hospitality. Chris was next to explain the menu and offered us some great options for cocktails. We had a tuna special tapa, our favorite, grilled portobello that ate like steak with a butter bean accompaniment, really delicious. Potato croquettes with bravo sauce were good. Thinly sliced octopus carpaccio was really good. Chris helped pick out a nice Rioja and we could have been in Spain! Beautiful food, establishment and quality service from Chris, Jorge, and the kitchen staff you just don’t see anymore. We are heading back soon to Dalhlia!

We absolutely loved the DELICIOUS tapas. The presentation was a bonus and the service was what set it over the top! Just WOW! Can’t wait to return!

Since you walk in, employees greet you and everyone is super friendly. Our waiter, Reyna, was absolutely AAAMAZING! Her recommendations, attention and comfort made it so much better. Last bites were like the first bites, SOOO GOOD! Top 5 in my book!

This restaurant is one of those exceptional, special stand out places where every staff member is outstanding, each dish is clearly thought out and executed perfectly, every drink is expertly and uniquely crafted to balance with the meals, and the ambiance is warm and inviting enough to go with friends, while also being just romantic enough for a great date. I literally cannot say enough good things about Dahlia, so all I will say is: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SLEEP ON IT!! If you’re looking at reviews and trying to figure out where you go, you found the spot. You’re welcome 💕
