Since you walk in, employees greet you and everyone is super friendly. Our waiter, Reyna, was absolutely AAAMAZING! Her recommendations, attention and comfort made it so much better. Last bites were like the first bites, SOOO GOOD! Top 5 in my book!

This restaurant is one of those exceptional, special stand out places where every staff member is outstanding, each dish is clearly thought out and executed perfectly, every drink is expertly and uniquely crafted to balance with the meals, and the ambiance is warm and inviting enough to go with friends, while also being just romantic enough for a great date. I literally cannot say enough good things about Dahlia, so all I will say is: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SLEEP ON IT!! If you’re looking at reviews and trying to figure out where you go, you found the spot. You’re welcome 💕

The food was amazing! The tomahawk steak was one of the best we’ve ever had and the drinks were delicious! Reyna our server was great! We’re definitely coming back

Very pricey for what you got. The parking is horrendous. Broken chairs and tables at the back patio/parking lot entrance. The charcuterie board for $38 had a huge bunch of grapes and very little meat and cheese. The octopus tapas was like nothing I had in Spain. It was almost a pressed creation. Giant flat slices cut as carpaccio. Strange taste and texture. We told the waiter at 4:30 Saturday night when we sat that we’re ordering two of the special crem Catalana desserts. At 5:20 when we were ready for dessert, he came back and said they had no more. Disappointed.

The service was so personal and wonderful, and the food is outstanding. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. I felt it was a little pricey.

What a fabulous restaurant! Dahlia Tapas is an absolute gem in Phoenix, and our recent dining experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped in, we were charmed by the warm ambiance and inviting atmosphere. The real magic, however, began when we entrusted our server, Reyna, to take us on a culinary journey through the menu—and WOW, did she ever deliver! Her knowledge of the dishes was impeccable, and her passion for the menu shone through in every recommendation. This place hits all the right spots. Romantic enough for a special occasion, casual enough for a first date, twice the culinary experience of Steak 44 at half the price. Try the grilled shrimp, potato croquettes and the ribeye. The lamb chops are delicious, as well, and the asparagus salad with chopped pistachios is off the charts.

What an amazing experience! From the cocktails to the tapas to the dessert - everything was delicious. The service was spot on. Paul and Chris were our servers and they made excellent recommendations and paced the tapas coming out perfectly! Audrey, the owner, visited with us and recommended the Crudo which was delectable. We will definitely be back to try other dishes!
