Darling’s sharing plates menu created by our talented Head Chef, Tyler Biollo, focuses on local ingredient-driven, globally inspired dishes, showcasing the best of the season. You can always count on it being approachable and nourishing.

    Join us in welcoming in the New Year with us at Darling ✨ Chef Tyler and team have created a very special 5 course menu. We have an optional wine pairing with some very exciting wines and of course bubbles to toast to the evening. Tickets are $85 per person with an optional Wine Pairing and Oysters add-on. Two seating times available 5pm & 7:30pm.     Mark your calendars for Monday December 16th, as Darling will be hosting the incredible New Standards Jazz trio as they play some of our favourite holiday classics. Our dinner menu will be available along with a few special features! Available seating times are 5pm and 7:30pm with very limited availability. Tickets are only $20 with the link in our bio - snap ‘em up! *Please note that not all seats indoors will have full view of the musicians.

    Darling Wine Bar is, without a doubt, my favorite little gem! Last night, we switched it up from shareables to main dishes (though we couldn’t resist the PEI oysters—so fresh and delicious), and every bite was incredible. The ambiance was perfect as always, and my leadership group absolutely loved it. From the expertly curated wine selection to the attentive service and outstanding food, everything was flawless. Huge thanks to the owners ( <3 ) and staff for consistently delivering perfection—this place never misses!

    The food was incredible, the ambiance was quiet and intimate, the service was prompt and friendly. The oysters were the perfect appetizer and the pork chop was excellent in both flavour and portion. Will be back!!!

    Always a great dining experience, chef Ty continues to provide varying menus with amazing new and unexpected flavour experiences. It’s rarely the same dining experience twice, but it’s always incredibley delicious, and well priced for the gourmet quality and portion size. We also appreciate that the menu caters to so many occasions, from brunch, to a quick snack with a few small shared plates before or after a show, to a full multiple-course dinner experience. Highly recommended. The cocktails are also excellent, and the wine offerings are definitely fun and I’d say rather unique to Edmonton.

    This is my second visit to this charming restaurant. Date night the first time. Brunch this time. The food was exemplary (again). Beautiful bespoke wine selections. Jake was wonderful. What a gem! Booked for next Sunday on my way home. Ten stars
