Quite the chaotic experience with a mix of friendly and rude staff along the way. We purchased a “winter gold pass” at a kiosk and never received the follow up email to activate it. The ladies at the entry table told us it wasn’t their problem and they couldn’t help. The only way to contact customer service is through email, so good luck. I expressed this to a manager who was kind and tried to help. In the end we didn’t get the card we paid $100 for but he validated a game card for us to use for the evening, and we’d have to wait for a reply from customer service to hopefully get the card for the remainder of the winter. The waitress was okay, definitely didn’t check on us often. When we got the bills (we came with 2 other families) it was the beginning of over an hour process of wrong tabs, discounts from the gold cards not applied, and cards getting charged for the wrong tab. At one point the waitress admitted she rang up the wrong combo but there was nothing she could do about it at that point. The manager tried to make things right but refused to change the total we were charged, instead offering us more game cards which we could have done without out. This was our family’s first experience at D&B and I’m not confident we will return despite paying for the winter pass in hopes of coming again before the chaotic experience.

Great, fast service for 13 people on a Saturday 5pm birthday party reservation. Our waiter Brady was top notch. The only thing is our food could have been a lot hotter instead of luke warm. It still tasted amazing. It just got cold to fast.

Seth was amazing! Food was great, but Seth was amazing and helped us all to have a great visit! He was very accommodating and attentive.

Dave and busters is a great time and a blast to do things at. My biggest complaint is the cost of games. $144 got enough tickets for maybe an hours worth of entertainment (game after game) for 4 people. It seemed to be on the high end cost wise and the prizes seemed very mid. Overall I think everyone enjoyed the time they had. Just wish there was a bit move value

Food was good, and the server was very sweet and thorough. Our only issue was the woman in the winners circle. There were people waiting at the counter so I stepped back to the door of the storage area and politely asked if there was anyone who was available to check out customers. Her response then was "I'll get there when I get there!" Which I thought was strange because I knew there was someone else there that she could have called, assuming he wasn't on break, in which case she really should have been behind the counter. I wasn't going to say anything but then she approached me to yell at me, because when I'd asked her, by the time she came out her coworker was back. She accused me of lieing to her, and said that she had only away for 30 seconds, which was absolutely not true. There had been at least 5 minutes with no one at the counter, if not more. I'd thought she was rude before when I had checked out myself before waiting with my sister as she made her selection, but that was aggressive. I understand if a person is in pain or upset by other things, but I can not imagine if she had spoken to a child like that.
