First time at David’s for dinner. Decided to try them for Restaurant Week because rockfish was an option and hubby loves rockfish. First course options: Caesar and Wedge Salads. Entree options: Chicken Parmesan, Short Rib Ravioli, and Rockfish. Dessert options: Bread Pudding and Decadent Brownie. We both wanted wedge salads and was told they were out. Hubby ordered house salad and I got the Caesar salad. I wanted the chicken parm and was told they were out, so I ordered the ravioli. We both wanted the brownie dessert and were told they were out, so we were able to order off the menu. Drink service was slow. Hubby liked his Bloody Mary. Salads came out after drinks. Waiter forgot hubby’s dressing. Entrees took forever (about 45 minutes after we placed our orders) and arrived lukewarm at best. Three large raviolis that relied heavily on bland beef gravy for flavor were disappointing. Hubby was less than enthusiastic about his rockfish and crab and corn risotto. (He ate the fish because he was hungry.) I enjoyed my chocolate mousse w/raspberry sauce (although it would have better at room temperature rather than cold). Hubby finished his strawberry shortcake with no complaints. The manager came out and addressed our issues and reduced the price of my meal by 50% after allowing me to order an entree off the menu - which I chose to take home. I opted for the ribs which was supposed to come with fries and coleslaw. When we got home and opened the box, there was no coleslaw. For context, the bar was full and we were one of no more than four tables. Not sure the cause of the problems.

I love David's! The ambiance, the staff, the food, the music, the overall vibe is great!! We had a party of over 20 and everyone was pleased! Thank you David's!

Davids was an excellent choice for ringing in 2025!!! So much fun, food choices were excellent, the singer was awesome. Everything was a 10!

Food was good, we split the tuna appetizer, fries and main course. All cooked as ordered. But. I ordered pinot noir. Waitress came back 3 times to let me know they were out of whatever I settled on. Final option was the most expensive and by the bottle. So I settled for a drink. Waitress was in training. Without a trainer. She deleted part of my drink order on the bill , couldn't figure out how to fix it, send in another waiter. Took us forever to pay and in the end didn't get the discount and ended up paying more that if she left the drink on .

This was my worst experience at David’s. I have dined here before as recently as two months ago. I suggested this for a NYE lunch for my friends because of how much I normally enjoy it. We waited an hour for our food and we weren’t the only ones, another gentleman also brought it to their attention. Apparently there was a large group there for a new employee orientation, however they only had two choices, chicken sandwich or burgers, but it swamped their kitchen. I feel that even with a large group and maybe three other tables, that shouldn’t have swapped them to the point of halting cooking others’ meals. The restaurant wasn’t packed even with the large group and I have dined there with a full restaurant before. Really disappointed I suggested it for lunch.
