Dearly Beloved is a beautiful mixture of cocktail bar, restaurant and journey of the senses. The new venture from Machine Hospitality Group aims to challenge your taste buds through textures, scents, and a symphony of flavors with unconventional, globally inspired ingredients. Dearly Beloved is a visually stunning cocktail bar where every corner transports you into a different interior setting. The ambiance is beautifully curated, making it an ideal spot for those who appreciate aesthetic details. The bar seating itself is a highlight, offering an inviting space to enjoy drinks. From the moment we walked in, the hostess was friendly and welcoming, setting a great first impression. However, the service from the waitstaff fell short. The experience felt rushed, with little communication or engagement, making the hospitality aspect weaker than expected for a place of this caliber. As for the cocktails, we tried four to five different signature drinks, and unfortunately, none of them stood out. Given that this is a cocktail-focused establishment, it was disappointing that the flavors didn’t quite hit the mark. If you visit, it might be wiser to stick to classic cocktails rather than their signature creations. While it’s hard to judge the food too strictly at a cocktail bar, there is room for improvement. The caviar cigars were a solid choice, but most of the other dishes leaned too heavily on grease, which took away from the overall experience.

Our waitress was Mia as we celebrated Galentines Day. She was superb, knowledgeable and outstanding.

Nice place to have dinner. A little loud but mostly from people having very loud conversations try to talk over the music. Only thing I didn’t like was the tip amount of 20% added to my bill for a party of 2. I always tip well but that was not right and then the nerve to have additional tip option on the bill. Service was good but not that good.

Come to Dearly Beloved for great cocktails, awesome ambiance, and fantastic service. The food is forgettable, but the rest is great. Definitely a must, but cocktails only.

I had a reservation. Paid for parking. Walked to the entrance and doors were locked. Unable to get. Staff was working and people were sitting on the bar being served. Knocked and did not get in. Left after 10 minutes.

Always a good time at this hip place. Have been here before and wanted to go back to celebrate my birthday. Made a seating requested during the online reservation, but did not get it. I understand that the request is not a guarantee, however, with over two weeks' time for reservation I was a bit disappointed. After waiting for a few minutes to be seated, we were given whatever was first available. this was my only disappointment. Our server was amazing as always. LuzMery
