Dehesa is a charcuterie and tapas bar inspired by the cuisine of Spain and Italy. Dehesa opened in January 2008 and is the sister restaurant to Salt Yard in Fitzrovia, Opera Tavern in Covent Garden and Ember Yard in Soho, offering sharing dishes served in a relaxed environment.
The restaurant is named after the Dehesa- a unique woodland area in Spain which is home to the black-footed Ibérico pigs – said to produce the best Jamon in the world. This reflects our commitment to quality and provenance and our dedication to carefully sourced products.

The jamón is amazing. Also the courgette flower is unique. Also recommend the chicken pincho, padrón peppers and patatas bravas

Went for the tasting menu and food was luke warm. Not what I expected for £45 a head. Dessert was nice but one ball each. Disappointed. No cranberry juice, really in Central London?

A return visit to Dehesa after far too long. Love this tapas bar/restaurant for it's fabulous ambiance, lovely food and friendly welcoming staff team. Six of us shared a great night on a Saturday night for a catch-up, for good conversation to create memories for years to come. It was busy, so booked in advance - nothing too much trouble. Just 5*. Go!!!!

Wasn’t quite sure how I would feel about being in the wine cellar as quite a small area but the experience and service was amazing . Our waitress was tentative , knowledgeable and smiley . The food was good quality , hot and plenty of it . Will definitely be back .
