This has been my 3rd time their in 3 months and each time it has been exemplary. Best steak in Pittsburgh right now. Always cooked to perfection and well seasoned. No enhancements needed. Great service.

We were seated about 7:10. We received our salad and bread within a reasonable amount of time. Then we waited and waited for our entrees. We did not get our entrees until 8:40 PM. At one point during our wait our waiter told us that the dinners would be “right out.” Then we waited some more and he never made eye contact with us again. I’m sure it was not his fault, but the kitchen must have been very backed up. Our waiter was nice and very professional. The restaurant was extremely busy and very noisy. They seated us upstairs, where there is a very low ceiling. It was so crowded and noisy that it got a bit claustrophobic. We had an Open Table $10 off certificate that we were awarded. The restaurant said they do not accept these rewards (although we had the certificate with the proper code). They offered us free dessert instead. They should have offered us both. And it was our anniversary and they knew that. We had been there so long that we asked for the dessert to go. The bread was wonderful, the salad was hard to eat, as the romaine was cut up in little pieces. The steak was good and cooked well. The creamed spinach had bacon in it. Not what I expected and I do mot like bacon. The twice baked potato was good. The butter cake tasted like it was from a mix. I needed to get out of there, rather than enjoying a leisurely dessert, as we were there in that close environment with too much noise for much too long. We will not be returning.

Sheldon was an excellent server. The surf and turf presentation was simple, yet awesome.

Was truly shocked with the quality of the whole meal all around. I Went in with average expectations, and they were exceeded far and beyond in every aspect from ambiance to service to food quality!! Definitely planning on making a return in the future.

The service and food were outstanding. The price is reasonable for the quality of the food/service. I would definitely go back.

Took my mom out for her birthday and we all really enjoyed not only our food, but also the ambience, the staff & the drinks.

Overall, it was a nice dinner with good aesthetic. There was a party close to our table with children that ran around and were loud the entire time. My husband’s steak was a poor cut of meat. But we will return and try new things!

The cocktails, appetizers, entree, and sides were all excellent. After my last experience here, I was a bit worried, but after this experience I'm guessing now that it was nothing but an off night! I'd rate our evening a 10/10. Food Items ordered (personal) -- Ginger Scallion Crispy Rice, Medium Prime New York Strip cooked Pittsburgh Style with Lobster addition and Roasted Broccolini Drinks: Maple Bourbon Sour, Old Fashioned, Canvasback Cabernet, and 20yr Port

Heard so many good things but not impressed after our first visit . Neither steak was cooked great and lobster tails were doused in butter . We’ll stick with the other steak houses in Pittsburgh
