Del Frisco's is one of my favorite restaurants, and if a city I am visiting has a location, I always stop by for a meal. I stopped by the Cherry Creek location, and everything was great! The food, the ambiance, and most of all, our server, Kendall, provided excellent service. I will definitely visit the Cherry Creek location the next time I am in Denver.

The website listed a special holiday menu that ran through 12/31 (steak/lobster and a featured dessert). This is also on a posted inside the restaurant. I asked the server if there were any specials not on the menu and he said no so I was thinking this special menu was actually no longer available so I didn't ask further and instead ordered the roasted chicken. I've eaten this dish many times in the past and always enjoyed it but was quite surprised by how small the portion was! Very noticeably smaller! It's supposed to be a half chicken - it was not! My date had the rigatoni and liked it. We asked for the dessert menu and it did not list the cobbler, which was a featured dessert on the holiday menu (that I didn't think was available). we asked if they had this dessert and the server wasn't sure since it was a special and didn't know if there were any left?? he checked and came back and said they had it. it was really good too. Service slowed at times - this is common where places no longer have bussers and servers are left to pick up glasses, dishes and fill water glasses, etc.

One of the drivers to have dinner at DelFrisco’s was the steak & lobster special on Christmas. Two people at my table ordered it only to find out later that the special was out. My point is that with the planning by management, I’d expect them to do better instead of running out when they know how many people will be at the restaurant. I changed my order and got the Filet Mignon. I ordered it medium and it was overcooked. It was more like medium well which dried out the steak. I was disappointed & hungry, so I did not want to delay my party in order for it to be fixed and wait more time for a new steak. The mashed potatoes are amazing and that was the best part of the meal. I had the special red velvet dessert and, I thought it was mediocre. The cream cheese frosting was not sweet enough and tasted bland. The dessert missed the mark for me.

We chose to have our Christmas dinner at DelFrisco’s Grille -cherry Creek. We couldn’t have been more pleased so often on holidays restaurants dial it in. Not here.The food was delicious, cooked perfectly. Heather ,server, was very attentive and professional. She never rushed us. Will definitely return.

Had Xmas dinner. Took us immediately even though we were early. Server was very pleasant, wait time was never too long and the food was exceptional. A bit pricey, but the overall experience was 5 stars

It has been a while since we ate here. We decided to come tonight but we can tell that the food quality has suffered tremendously. The salmon had no flavor and well as the short ribs which is very unfortunate. We will not be back.

We dined on Dec. 25th. It was wonderful. Our food was delicious. Our service was awesome. Daniela was our server and was super, very friendly and courteous. We will definitely return. We are Landry club members and this restaurant was one of theirs that we wanted to try.

Not sure how many times I have been there but the filet is always great and today was no exception. All of the staff is wonderful, friendly and very helpful!! Thanks guys
