    Seated outside in the patio and it was freezing. There were not enough heaters to justify having the patio open. Will not be going back

    The overall experience was fair. The hostesses were unfriendly and seemed irritated at guests. We arrived 15 minutes early and I watched their interaction for 15 minutes. Unimpressed for a high spending $600 in their establishment. Both downstairs restrooms were out of service. They were not overly busy with plenty of empty tables but sat us down about 10 to 15 minutes after our reservation. The ribeye steaks were outstanding, and the filets were bland. We ordered lobster tails as adds to our steaks and they were charred, dried and tasteless. To their credit they took the charge for those off. The desserts were good. the drinks were great. Service was friendly. Defiantly not the experience you would expect spending $600. Employees don't come across as happy. Culture must need work.

    Dined on a Friday night. We purchased 2 coupons in advance from CostCo. (paid for the tip and dessert.) Overall experience was average. For a restaurant of this price range, I did expect a bit more. 1. Ambiance was lively with an above average volume, which was fine. 2. Service - our server was friendly, but did not appear to have experience working in a fine dining environment. No ding on him, but it was reflected in the service and the overall experience. Wait for food, etc., was fine. 3. Food -The taste of the food was excellent, however the plating was lack luster (e.g. aged NY strip, prime rib eye were slapped on a plate with no garnish.) The burger and fries were tasty. The mac and cheese with truffles and lobster were above average. 3. Dessert. Portions were large and shareable. We ordered coconut cream pie (not a lot of taste, don't recommend); and the Nutella Bread Pudding (best item on the menu - highly recommend.) This is a good restaurant for those who want a great tasting steak and are OK with an average service experience. We would probably spend a bit more and go to Bob's Steakhouse.

    Great experience, food was fantastic. Pet Peeve, wine list vintages were not updated. I am sure most people don’t care but they aren’t valued the same from one vintage to another. Feels like a bait and switch.

    Brandi at upstairs bar was attentive & friendly. Jeff-Mgr & his Team provided great service & food quality - NY Strip hmm good. DFG is always on their game. Bon Appetit!

    As expected. Quality food, and great time. We usually attend for special occasions, however we’ve discussed going to Del Friscos on a more frequent timetable since we found their prices very reasonable for the quality of food and atmosphere.

    Delicious meal and comfortable place to dine. Service was a little slower, but he might have just been trying to give us time together. Three HUGE plate crashes while we were there which was very odd. Will bring folks back here... overall terrific experience. One of the best in Southlake.

    Not a great first experience. The Waiter was horrible, doubt he has ever worked fine dining before. If you want to hire inexperience people you should invest on teaching them how to interact with customers, how to speak clearly and how to listen. Messed up my drink order, constantly interrupted conversation and repeatedly crossed his arm in from of my face. Main dish was soupy, side were sparse for what they charged. My drink and water glass were repeatedly left empty. pretty poor experience across the board.
