Service was extremely slow. We had to ask 3 times for water refill. For a party of 6…most of the food was great…..2 orders were over cooked.

Nice place, good food, good service, but . . . The kitchen seems to get overwhelmed and the food takes a long time to come out. When warmer weather hits and they can open the extensive patios, they better have some proper kitchen management in place to handle the crowds.

Great restaurant on the westside of town. The views are beautiful, the food and wine are good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Arrived on time for our 6:45 PM reservation. We were finally seated at 7:10 PM. Disorganization reigned out front. Placed our food and drink orders by 7:20 PM. Received cold appetizer and glass of wine almost immediately. Then waited... and waited... and waited. We got up and left at 8:25 PM having never received the food we ordered. I guess disorder reigned in the kitchen, too. We have had good experiences at other locations of Lescombes. We are going to avoid this place.

Our reservation was set for 6pm. Don’t sit down at a table till 6:25pm. We were also a half hour early. We were told that an appetizer would be credited for our wait. This helped a bit. Ordered an appetizer and received bread as well. Server took our order in timely fashion. After an hour of time, we asked about the arrival of our dinner and then it arrived. Seemed to be a bit long of a wait. As we started to eat, both of our dinners were undesirable. Ordered the chicken parm, which was cold and pasta was “gummy”. Steak frites was second down and the steak was lukewarm. Fries lacked color. Reached out to our server and she stated that she would order new plates. We said that we would close our tab instead of waiting longer. Manager came to our table and stated she would cover the bill. We acknowledged and said thank you. However the manger didn’t show much desire to change the outcome. She dropped off her business card with other offers and said good night. I’m not sure I would return or even recommend this location to others. Unacceptable service.

This was our 2nd time to this store. (Several times to Rio Grande store.) Waitstaff Daisy took good care of us and addressed all special needs and requests.

Had dinner with my Pastor and his wife. Just goes to show the food and atmosphere create a great experience - even without alcohol 😍. The west side needs a fine dining experience and D. H. Lescombes meets the mark.
