DiLido is casual oceanfront, a place to stop for a drink and a bite, steps away from the beach and the Miami Beach boardwalk. It’s the kind of experience you can only get at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach—casual beach bites from the José Andrés Group culinary team, creative cocktails to celebrate the sunshine, and an unrivaled view of the sea, all while sitting comfortably under the palms. Come for a refreshing frozen piña colada and our aguacate con cosas, a perfectly ripe avocado topped with pineapple, crunchy jicama, and jalapeño, with a side of plantain chips. Stopped in to scout the place for my husbands 60th birthday celebration in a few months. I met with the events manager Victoria who gave me a tour of the property. She was great and also introduced me to Genesis one of the managers. Loved Didilo a lot and had a cocktail. Chris was awesome. Can’t wait to come by this weekend with my husband

Great outdoor restaurant. Casual atmosphere with stellar ocean views. The food choices were excellent. Superb service and attention to detail. Will definitely return very soon again.

Reserved the rose brunch that was advertised to celebrate our birthdays and they did offer it even though it was posted on the hotel’s website. Just an average at best experience for something we were excited for.
