Another incredible dining experience at Dish! We celebrated my husband's birthday with family and shared a few starters - our favorites were the mussels + chorizo, duck fat potatoes, and beets + apples. Our server was great, explaining different dishes and cocktail options. I thoroughly enjoyed the tofu entree, which included delicata squash and red curry. I love the details that go into setting Dish apart from other spots in Lincoln!

This place was really really good. Our server Evan was fantastic. The beets and apples were incredible. Probably the best beets dish I have ever had. Go with the small plates and split them. No need for the larger traditional dishes.

Wow! We travel through Lincoln, NE, about once a year and we will make a point of stopping here every time. The flavors are unique and amazing.

Great to have a restaurant in Lincoln with great flavor combinations and unique variety on the menu. We enjoyed our visit after a football game where the rest of downtown was loud and obnoxious, Dish was calm and relaxing.

This was my first experience at a fancier restaurant, and it definitely lived up to the hype! My girlfriend and I came for her birthday. All the dishes we tried were very good and I could tell they were crafted with care and thought. The duck fat potatoes had a lot of unique flavors that combined deliciously, and the steak and eggs had amazing flavor and touches. I especially liked the combination of perfectly medium rare steak, egg, mushroom, and crispy potatoes.

We had a wonderful experience overall! The food was delicious, though there were a few mismatches between the descriptions and what we received. The server described the egg with the Steak and Eggs as shaved, but we were surprised to receive it sunny side up instead. As for the salmon, while the skin was flavorful and salty, the fish itself was a bit bland and lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. On a positive note, the duck was absolutely delicious, and the drinks we ordered were fantastic as well. The staff were great throughout, providing excellent service and adding to the overall positive experience.

The food, service, and atmosphere is always impeccable and amazing. Dish is my favorite place to go for celebrations or a safe space to grieve over the future of our country. The tiara cabbage was absolutely amazing!
