Disotto never disappoints. The Spaghetti Carbonara is as good as anywhere in the world. Their calamari just has the right amount of batter and the alioli was delicious. I also love the fact that the bar stuffs their own blue cheese olives. This is a management that focuses on details and creates a wonderful dining experience,

Service was slow, waitress was less than welcoming, food was mediocre. It’s our second time coming here, unlikely to come back.

We ❤️ Disotto. We enjoyed the ambiance of the wine room along with the exceptional food and service. Nick is fabulous too - so engaging!

Excellent quaint restaurant in Highwood that we have been to numerous times. Food is well made, unique and good portions. Tonight we had carbonara pasta and our other dish was papperdilea pasta with bolognese. Simply wonderful. Highly recommend as they never disappoint.

We have found a favorite place to eat. Food is delicious and we are lucky to have Jose as our server. Sitting on the side of bar makes it cozy and private.

We go here often, as it's one of our go to's. Tonight we noticed every staff member was exceptional at greeting us, making sure had anything we needed, they really went above and beyond. From a busboy to the waiter to the front of the house- all excellent. My only complaint was my daughter's pesto pasta was way undercooked and kind of hard. We didn't say anything as we should have, but everyone was really so nice.

We enjoyed everything about our experience at Disotto, Jose was attentive and suggested some delicious choices . This will definitely be a favorite place to visit.

We sat downstairs and felt like the step children. Our service was slow, our waiter was mediocre at best. The Paparello had no taste. I get it often and it was so bland. Your prices have really gone up and I don’t think the value is there.
