    We had our first experience last night on valentines,we were seated in a cute but romantic setting in a more enclosed private area.The staff were fantastic and welcoming,excellent service & the food was the best Mexican we have had in a long time,can’t wait to come back.

    Short staffed in kitchen and busy holiday weekend meant 1.5 hour long wait for food to come out for all, while the staff made us aware only 1 hour into waiting for our meal how sorry / explain the reasoning. Could tell a lot of people were not happy. Suggestion. Because food and atmosphere were amazing - just a pre warning that there would be roughly an hour wait on food before being seated - even with a booking. Allow customers to make their own choices to avoid disgruntled customers. And perhaps just something light and easy to snack on while waiting, don’t provide customers with their entree on time to then wait an hour till the next meal… people aren’t hungry if they have to wait that long between meals and will have more complaints. Short staffing everyone understands - but deal with it better!

    Comp glass of bubbles pedros/dons lager, Being Xmas lunch this was a set menu.$79 We only added guacamole and the rest was locked in, Prawn tostadas-moreish. Barrmundi Cevice- very good Chicken wings with chipotle mayo-good Baja fish tacos-v.g. Shoestring fries with chipotle-mayo- good fries! Charred corn with mix mex cheese-v.good. Churros & dulce de leche- small, rubbery, forgettable, Mexican affogato v. Good. With all the margaritas we had with had This came to about $1000 for 6 pax. Would have been a lot cheaper if we’d stuck to beer &wine, but heh, it’s Christmas. Really great service from the crew too, They got a good tip! A great lunch was had by all.

    The food was amazing, service was ok after we had to physically find a staff member to take our order. Initially we were taken to a table and then totally ignored for the next 15 minutes
