    Unfortunately service was under par this time round. Very lack lustre indeed. At one point the waitress, went to pour wine and completely missed the glass. Felt like everyone was just going through the motions. None of Donovan’s usual finesse. Food was good not amazing. Serves small. Sparkling water was served without asking what water we would prefer and then $75 added to the bill. Underwhelming .

    Staff were amazing and the ambiance was great but unfortunately the food, had the scallops, prawns and ravioli, was very average. Was hoping to bring some visiting friends to enjoy but rethinking that now.

    Donovans is a great restaurant for a special celebration. The food is good, but very expensive for what it is. $51 for basic fish and chips. The staff are great and very attentive. It was my birthday and they bought out some chocolates with a candle which was nice.

    We had a wonderful lunch. The food is absolutely delicious, staff are professional, knowledgeable and very engaging. I love Donovan’s for its location and consistently excellent service and quality dishes.

    Second time in two months and was still outstanding. Food and service was second to none. Window table watching sunset was a great way celebrate a birthday.
