                                                            Our lunch at Dovetail was excellent. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and the staff seemed to be having a genuinely good time. Be sure to try the house-made limoncello - it’s the best I’ve had in quite some time!

                                                            I had a great time celebrating my friends birthday on Wednesday! Our server was great and didn't sound scripted or feel like she was trying to oversell us and made sure we had the best time while giving great food recommendations. Would definitely go back :)

                                                            FANTASTIC!!! First of all we got delayed at the tunnel and were 30 min late. We were frazzled and they welcomed us in with beautiful smiling faces and patience. Everything about this place was top notch and the food was absolutely delicious! We had the carbonara pasta and bang bang shrimp! 🍤 Service was excellent! Thank you so much! We'll be back! 🫶😘

                                                            Great experience. Our server was great, the food came really fast but also gave us enough time to finish previous dishes. There were 7 of us and family-styled 9 dishes. We had the tuna tartare, butter beef, shishitos, kale salad, brussel sprouts, broccolini, the Bolo and "Carbonara". Everything was so delicious, the only was we all thought the Bolo was more on the salty side. Would definitely go back again, I wanna try the Spicy Vodka pasta!

                                                            The food taste and quality has been the same the 4 times I have been there. Consistency' is very important in a successful restaurant. Dovetail has exceeded that expectation. Service is also excellent. Will go back again!

                                                            Truly the best service at this place. The staff are warm, attentive, and thorough. The food is incredible and the pasta some of the best I’ve had in Vancouver. One of my favorite places in town and truly cannot recommend enough.

                                                            Outstanding and unpretentious service. Fabulously friendly and caring. The "Happy Days" menu certainly keeps the cost very reasonable, especially for this high a level of tasty dishes. Both pastas we had, "spicy vodka" and "bolo" (pork/beef ragu) were delicious. We took the bolo home for dinner and it heated up with no fuss nor muss. Microwaving it to reheat without any additions whatsoever and it was perfect!! The burger is fantastic, dripping with yummy sauce and melted American cheese. Fries cooked well and totally addictive. And the bang bang shrimp to start were cooked beautifully with a wonderful spice level and a fine textural crunch. We were happy campers and will be back to try the rest of the menu. 😁
