The Aquarium Restaurant offers guests an exciting and unique dining experience in an extraordinary setting. Your underwater adventure begins as you are seated around the 150,000 gallon aquarium with excellent views of giant groupers, reticulated rays, majestic sawfish, and other fascinating creatures as they swim right by your table. The Aquarium is not only a feast for the eyes, but also for the palate.     There was a lot left to be desired with the food. For the amount of money it costs it certainly did not taste good. We actually had to send one of the plates back and get something else. The service was good and of course the Aquarium was beautiful.

    The food on the menu for Thanksgiving was okay, I wish I had ordered from the seafood menu instead.

    My overall experience with The Aquarium was 💯 gratifying! My experience with Open Table was appalling. When I made reservations for the Aquarium for the Thanksgiving buffet with Open Table, they sent me the confirmation for the reservation, however when I arrived at The Aquarium, the reservation was for regular dining, I explained to the manager, when I made the reservation with Open Table, it was for the Thanksgiving buffet, she immediately tried to rectify the reservation, but they were booked up to the fullest. So me and my family decided just to go ahead and eat in the regular dining area! She knew we were very upset because it was my grandsons birthday and he wanted the buffet. She felt really bad, I told her it wasn’t her fault. With her professional manager skills, she validated our 2 parking tickets and gave 5 all day passes so my grandson and his family could enjoy his birthday!! The waiter and the staff were just 💯➕ AWESOME!!!

    By booking thru open table, the fact that I booked specifically for the Thanksgiving buffet did not get transmitted to the Downtown Aquarium. When we got there, they had our reservation set for the main dining room and order from the menu. 🤬 Thankfully, the staff was able to shift gears and accommodate us for the buffet. But our party of 10 ended up at 2 separate tables. Would have been so much easier if the correct reservation information had been sent to the Aquarium.

    Our waiter was excellent. The food was delicious. The aquarium with rides was very enjoyable.

    We had a wonderful dinner and the staff was professional, courteous and excellent. I made a reservation for 8 to celebrate my wife's birthday. We all enjoyed the experience.

    Tasha was fantastic. She was there before you needed her and charming. The restaurant was clean with a great ambiance. Highly recommend the miso lime shrimp and scallops.
