   Arrived at 6pm in a cold Friday night in May. It was very quiet and the heating had just been turned on. So a little chilly to begin. However, we were greeted warmly and the menu and any changes were explained to us in full detail which was appreciated. We were advised to order 2-3 share plates for our party of 2 and it was perfect for us. The Chicken Karrage was outstanding. It was the first night for them serving it with modifications to the menu. It's a keeper! The Thai Beef stir fry was also a hit. The flavours were sweet with a hint of chilli. Third choice was the Vegetable Spring Rolls. They were like a typical Asian spring roll, not as flavoursome as the other two dishes, but nicely cooked and presented. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely dine there next time we are visiting Bright.

   So good :) The meals we chose were all delicious, our favourite dish was the Chicken Karaage! 😋

   Cannot fault the food it was delicious and decent sized portions. Could possibly add a bit more Asian flavours to the dishes. Service was great. Could possibly be a little more attentive and engaging to make the experience more personable.

   Best dining experience we've had in a long time. Every dish that we ordered was delicious, couldn't fault anything. Highly recommend the grilled butterfly prawns, Korean fried chicken bao and the cheesecake spring rolls for dessert were amazing!

   The food was delivered promptly, it’s was delicious and interesting and the wait team were very attentive. Maddy was very helpful and professional. We’ll be back

   We went on Easter weekend, so the staff were run off their feet, but that didn't compromise the experience. The food was excellent, staff super friendly. Kids ate chicken Bao and veg spring rolls. Adults shared the Barramundi and Pad SeeEw. 10/10.

   Oh we have found our new favourite! Chop Chop was absolutely delicious, we had the crispy squid, chicken, steak, fries, and cheesecake spring roll. Everything was delicious. The food was reasonable prices for what you got, BUT we feel $43 for a piece of steak with no sides is way over priced, yes it was delicious but way over priced for what we received. We will most definitely be back, and will recommend to our friends and family.

   Delicious food but be prepared to assemble to bao's and duck pancakes yourself. Would've preferred it already assembled. Aside from that, lovely place to eat.

    WOW! What a great find in Bright!! Chop Chop was just amazing! Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh and a taste sensation. We weren't in a rush so were able to take our time with ordering a few dishes at a time to really enjoy what was being served. The wait staff were delightful and very helpful. We couldn't recommend Chop Chop any higher - you won't regret it!
