Great food. Exceptional service. I’d like to commend Charles, our server at the Houston location. His attentiveness, professionalism, and care in accommodating our son’s food allergies were exemplary included the trips back to our table to carefully dictate how his food would be prepared.

While the food was excellent and the ambiance was stunning, my experience at this restaurant was soured by the poor service from our waitress, Natalia. From the start, there was a lack of clear communication. She failed to inform us that we would be charged $8 for water, which came as an unpleasant surprise on the bill. Additionally, receipts were mishandled, with charges ending up on the wrong cards—an unnecessary hassle. To top it off, Natalia did not mention the $20 fee for cutting a cake, leaving my party feeling blindsided. The overall experience could have been much better with a more attentive and transparent server. Wonderful food and aesthetic overall!

It would be a 10/10 service but the fact that u asked for water and got charge 16 bucks for water is not cool. Don’t rip ppl off man.

The food took about 45 minutes to arrive. Drinks took a very long time as well. The server wouldn’t come check on our table at all. When the food finally arrive it was alright. Definitely not worth the wait. I would not go back.

Arrived five minutes before our reservation, and we weren’t seated until over 20 minutes past our reservation time. The hostess while seating us, then asked if we could please finish dinner in an hour and 15 mins, because they were overbooked. Service was sub-par and slow beyond this. Had to ask for a new water glass because ours smelled like an old wash rag. Food was unremarkable. Won’t be returning.

Experience was great. My only complaint is the filet was very salty. There were two at my table and both were salty!
