Indulge in an unforgettable dining adventure at Earth, one of Maine's top restaurants. Nestled among balsam and birch trees, Earth embodies community, connecting exceptional cuisine with dedicated farmers and foragers.

Our farm-to-table menu celebrates locally-sourced ingredients, including meats, seafood, and vegetables from our organic gardens. Crafted by Chef Justin Owen, each dish boasts distinct, handcrafted flavors.

For intimate gatherings, reserve the Potting Shed for up to six guests or the Painting Shed for up to 12 (food & beverage minimum required, call to reserve).

Note: Table reservation durations: 2 hours for parties of two, 2.5 hours for parties of four or more. Walk-ins currently unavailable. Check for new openings regularly.

Reservations for early seating are between 4:30-6:00PM - $178++ per person. Dinner reservation made for New Years Eve include a 72-hour cancellation policy. Dining at Earth was one of the most memorable dining experiences we've had. There's a transformation from the moment you walk in, a welcoming intimacy. You feel at home or wish it was home. The ambiance, service, and menu are unique and worth it. I'm still reminiscing.

We have been coming to Earth for a few years now and it is truly a great place. One thing that is missing is the fire in the fireplace. Would be great to have it working again. Food is outstanding and we love all the choices. We love that it is difficult to choose between all the great offerings. Not that it is difficult but everything is so good and we want it all. Being coffee snobs, we would appreciate better coffee, but that is nothing because the rest is as we said, outstanding.
