Disappointing. Overprice for the atmosphere. Food was just okay. Pizza was under cooked. Restaurant needs to consider that its not a fine dining restaurant for the prices charged for wine by the glass.

Food was horrendous. Butternut squash ravioli with no squash in it. Pizza came out cold and salad has a big glob of dressing in the middle. They offered us a “free” dessert but they were out of dessert. Hope they can improve with more selections but this is basically just a pasta and pizza joint with alcohol.

My fiancé and I recently tried out EATALY, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The restaurant features a lovely market where you can purchase fresh pasta, boxed pasta, and fresh meats hand-sliced in front of you—a unique and charming touch that sets it apart. We ordered a variety of dishes: the bread basket, calamari, spaghetti pomodoro, a side of broccoli rabe, prosciutto & burrata pizza, and tiramisu to share. The food was enjoyable, with highlights being the fresh flavors of the pasta and the quality of the pizza. However, the service left a lot to be desired. It felt like they were still ironing out operational kinks. Our entrée was brought out before the appetizers, which threw off the pacing of the meal. Additionally, our server didn’t seem invested in addressing the delays or informing us about what appeared to be an issue with their point-of-service system. This lack of communication dampened the overall experience. While the food was solid, the slow service and lack of attentiveness made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal. Hopefully, with some time and adjustments, they’ll smooth out these issues because the potential is definitely there.

We had the Focaccia Rosa served w/EVOO and Sea Salt, delicious. Our main dishes were the Linguine Allo Scoglio and Taliatelle Alla Bolognese. Both delicious

Really wanted to enjoy it. Been waiting for a while for it to open and knew how great is in in LA so we were looking forward to it. Bland food, slow service and unhappy looking servers and management. No way the butternut squash ravioli was fresh. No taste at all not al dente. Really undercooked. Bolognese was also bland. Best part of the meal was the focaccia and my aperol spritz. Never saw our waitress again after our food came out. Had to go get the check ourselves. Recommend anyone wanting to visit should wait a while until they get it together. Also beware sitting by the window. Huge draft. You'll be cold your entire meal.

Excellent quality ingredients and preparation.Thought the pasta portion was quite small. Will go back again because of the quality of the dishes

First time at that eataly location ordered and received my pizza way before drinks and my husband's pasta. By the time his came pizza was cold. Had to request drinks grated cheese as well . Food was good however looks like they are still training staff.

We were pleasantly surprised with very good food and service. We know it just opened and expected delays on a Black Friday. However, they handled everything very well. Food and service were excellent.
