   My wife and I have done many chef tasting menus at other restaurants and this was by far our favorite. I loved that I could pick our own time. Usually, the seating times for tastings are set. All of the dishes were outstanding and chef Ebbe was working the whole counter, serving guests and explaining the ingredients, answering any questions or just talking to guests when they wanted to talk. Desserts were fantastic too. Overall, a wonderful dinner/experience and will definitely do it again.

   The food and service were superb. The portion size was perfect and the flavors fresh and subtle. I even enjoyed the beetroot (which I normally detest).

   We ordered the prestige menu along with the prestige wine pairing and the non alcoholic wine pairing. Let me start by saying, me and my wife have had dinner at multiple Michelin Star restaurants. This was the worst service I ever experienced at a high end place. There was no host when we arrived. We weren’t greeted initially we were just standing up front. The people that seated us did not know why we were there. They didn’t know we had paid for the prestige menu or they didn’t know we had the prestige wine pairing. I had to ask for water refills on multiple occasions. They never cleaned the area which we were eating in throughout the night. I had to ask for fresh utensils. No one saw or recognized these things. The food itself was very underwhelming. We had roughly 10 dishes/courses and out of the 10 or so three of them were good (a savory eclair dish, the turbo dish was very good & the venison dish was excellent) There were multiple layers of flavor and depth to the dishes. There was one other dish that was ok. The other dishes were not good at all. Two of the items were old and stale. They were supposed to provide a crunchy element but the items weren’t fresh. The bread and butter dish was good as well. Overall, the other Michelin Star places were have tried the dishes had a certain level of thought and depth to them. The presentation was great for every dish. The actual food itself didn’t deliver. They didn’t have a sommelier which I thought was wild. The wine selection that was deemed prestige was average at best. The non-alcoholic pairing that ranges from $85-$115 was just “Muri”. A cheap nonalcoholic beverage maker. If you are looking for anything handcrafted they don’t do that and the chef tried to make up a story about why the nonalcoholic pairings were lacking. We spent over $1,000 and it was definitely the worst meal that we have ever spent a large sum of money on. I am not sure how they received a Michelin Star.

   Food is good, service was very average for a Michelin star restaurant… our highlight was the Sommelier for the evening.

   Food and wine pairing were great. Service, for a Michelin star was substandard. Twice they tried to remove dishes before we were done. We finally had to ask them to slow it down. It was Valentines Day and it just seemed like they were trying to turn the table. Bad vibe for a $700 meal. We did not receive our desert wine pairing until five minutes after we got our desert. Decor was minimalist, but was fine.

   What an experience! Walked up to this basic square building kind of in the middle of nowhere in downtown Tampa. When we walked in it was anything but basic. We were seated along a long rectangular bar next to other couples but with enough space to still feel intimate. Unbeknownst to us, we were served and greeted by Chef Ebbe throughout our dinner! Dishes were unique. I can’t describe them but they tasted expensive. The whole experience was just so unique and it’s just another level of coolness when the head chef is interacting with you the whole time. Wines, food dessert were on par with other fine dining establishments but the experience was second to none one. Went there for my wife’s bday. If you email the chef 48 hrs before, he will make and change the menu to cater to your tastes and allergies like he did with my wife being a vegetarian. I can’t wait to go back. We did discovery but wished we did the higher level one.

   Great food and atmosphere. However, after spending so much money on food and wine pairings it was insulting to be charged $20 for still water. Otherwise, a great experience

    Really innovative and flavorful food. Corner seats at the bar/kitchen led to nice conversations for the four of us. Only two critiques, the wine pairing listed on the menu was not the wines we were offered and we weren’t told beforehand that they were not going to be the wines listed and two, the server had very little knowledge about the wines and clearly didn’t like be asked any questions about the wines
