                                                                                                                                                I’ve been to Eddie Merlot on many occasions. I’ve always enjoyed my experience. But this was the first time coming with my children and on Thanksgiving. They were clearly shortstaffed and under prepared for the volume of guests for Thanksgiving dinner. We waited 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated and didn’t receive any food that we ordered until being seated for an hour and a half. My three children and I all ordered appetizers and salads. We didn’t have any main course, but our first dish was not even served to us until being seated at the table for 90 minutes. Very unfortunate.

BUT, we were immediately recognized and seated within a few minutes. We went with the Thanksgiving special and not disappointed. Joe took our orders and everything was perfect.

Order wagyu meatball appetizer never came. Manager David was nice and kind. Food had much potential if hot and fresh.

Was great fun on a Saturday night. Small problem with one of our dinners that was resolved to our complete satisfaction. Server and manager quickly resolved the issue and we had a very enjoyable evening. Service and food were both great!
