                                                                                                                                              Pros: Food was very good; Our shrimp appetizer was good. It needed just about 30 seconds more to cook (sweet & spicy shrimp) ...but the flavor was still on point. My wife enjoyed the warm bread, her drink was good as well. The mashed potatoes were very good and my sea bass was excellent. Cons: The service was slow...oh so slow. It took 20 minutes to get our 1 appetizer. Then we waited almost 30 minutes to get our 2 entrees'. Our server was cordial and friendly...but slow. I was lucky enough to have the manager (Hal) pick up my credit card to pay the bill...otherwise I would have been waiting again for that. The service definitely does not match the food quality. I spent $190 bucks for dinner for two (with tip). I probably would not come back based on this 1st time experience.

However, since it changed hands, things are very different. Our favorite female server left to go to Ruth's after the sale after being an employee 14 years. Wonder what happened? Dinner Friday night was so-so. My bisque was good but the shrimp cocktail was ordinary. It used to come in a cloud of ice and was quite a spectacle. Not now. Another in the party had bisque, Caesar salad and crab cakes. All good. The other guest ordered the meat and sausage dish with mashed potatoes. It came out barely warm after waiting about 45 minutes for dinner. The manager did come over and apologize and offered dessert. That was nice. She said the sundae came with hot fudge but it was Hershey's syrup. Something has definitely happened. Not how it used to be.

                                                                                                                                              Had an 8pm reservation and the restaurant closed at 10pm. The place was moderately occupied at best. Service was extremely slow as it was 9:30pm by the time we received the main course. We noticed that our server was more concerned with her closing duties than tending to her last two tables. Was there for a birthday dinner which was ruined, we won’t be back.
