With access to panoramic views of Pendle Hill, and a range of seasonal menus, created and tailored by our Chef Patron, Doug Crampton, Eight at Gazegill is the epitome of a 'farm-to-fork' restaurant, being owned by and located directly on a working organic farm, Gazegill Organics, in the Ribble Valley.

Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food.

Our Brunch, All-Day and Sunday Lunch menus are suitable for all, while our Friday and Saturday evening Tasting Menu offers a more grown up experience. We also have specifically designed menus which are suitable to be eaten on our outside terrace area where the addition of a large purpose-built playground makes this the perfect location for families to enjoy the sunshine.

Join us for our third seasonal five-course tasting menu featuring foraged and wild foods, set against the stunning back drop of the Ribble Valley countryside. Working alongside a professional forager and wild food educator, our Spring Forager's Feast menu will introduce your palate to new and exciting flavour combinations whilst providing information on how you can make the most of the produce that is available on our moorlands and in our hedgerows. Spring is such a bountiful season and we are expecting some fantastic wild produce to be available! Dietary requirements and allergies must be communicated in advance, no changes to the menu will be possible on the day. This event is intended for ADULTS ONLY.

The food was amazing. Huge portion. We were so full. Lovely ambience. Very friendly staff. It was busy. But we didn’t wait long. We will be back.

A wonderful Saturday afternoon experience ! Delicious, Devine , just Damn good ! From the friendly welcome, knowledgeable explanation of ingredients and dishes to the time given by the attentive staff to chat when we asked questions about Gazegill and the organics influence . we hope to see you again very soon .

Really enjoyed the food and service. Could not fault anything, didn’t get offered dessert or coffee. Even though we were full from the starter and main course, it would have been nice to have been asked. But we are being hyper critical. We will defo be back, it’s great food, service and value. Looking forward to the summer to see what they have to offer

1st time visiting taking my cousin out out her op. Didn’t know what to expect so pleasantly pleased with the place. Food very good and good value too. Service very good and friendly. Well done team.

The food and ambiance are fantastic. The only reason I didn’t give five stars on everything was I think the red wine was very expensive for a glass

We loved this place. We went for my wife's birthday for brunch. The food was delicious and the setting is stunning with amazing views of Pendle Hill. Also surprisingly good value. We will be going back very soon.
