The view is wonderful. Wait staff was good about keeping table cleaned off. Food was ok but nothing spectacular. Made to order crepe was the best. Prime rib was a little tough.

One star is generous. From the sewage smell permeating the entire restaurant, to the incredibly awkward ambiance, to abysmal quality of the food, this was an all around NO. My first and last dinner at the eighteen, I would recommend any. other. restaurant. instead. However, the dear sweet food runner in the heart shaped glasses deserves a raise. Or a job at a different restaurant. He was a 10/10.

Had the Sunday Buffet, great choice. The food was delicious and they had quite the variety. Nice waiting staff ~ took empty plates away, refilled drinks. For dessert we shared Cheesecake and Chocolate Cake. The chocolate cake was not moist at all, maybe stale? Nice place for special occasions, prices on the very high side. For two of us ~ about $106. $45 each for the buffet, $3 each for drinks. I asked the lady who seated us how much it was for Valentine’s Day, Easter and Mother’s Day. She said $59 each. This is not a dining experience for the majority people right now, so many struggling.

Was a very nice place to have a very good meal. Definitely higher class dining. Very professional staff. Proposed to my girlfriend there and a worker was more than friendly to record a video for me. The whole staff congratulated us.

Mostly a very positive experience. View was stunning, it's very cool how the restaurant spins so you can see all angles of the city while you're eating, and the food was amazing. I had the penne, absolutely delicious! My only complaint was that the service was very slow. The restaurant was very empty, it wasn't crowded at all, but we didn't get checked on for drink refills, and we waited a very long time to be able to ask for dessert, and again a very long time trying to find our waitress to bring us our checks.

First time dining here with my wife, definitely will be back. Service was excellent, food good portions/quality, and the views of the city were immaculate! Thank you for a great dinner experience.

Brunch was great! By making the reservation through Open Table I was able to have a handicap table very close to the buffet. The only complaint is the women's restroom was difficult for older women. The toilet was low with no rails to assist in getting up, despite having a handicap accessible sticker on the stall door.

When searching the cost of the brunch buffet. I found online that it was $32 and change per person. We Told this to family who joined us. We all about died from sticker shock when we received our checks. For 2 people it was $120.96! $45 each, $3 for a Pepsi, $3 for a coffee, and 20% automatic gratuity charge. Our waitress only had to get us a refill once!!!! For that price there needed to be more food options and for the waitress to make $100 off our party we should’ve got a lot more service. The food was good but it didn’t justify the cost.
