Food is our passion and it is our aim to establish the benchmark in Southeast Asia and beyond for a contemporary, specialised steakhouse concept. We opened our first restaurant in Vietnam in 2011 and went our way from Saigon to Hanoi and Danang; onward to Thailand to Bangkok, Koh Samui and Phuket; hopping to Slovakia and now recently opened in Manila, Phillipines; Hamburg, Germany and Hong Kong to expand our number of locations to seventeen restaurants and it is still the same joy. We are proud to serve you the finest steakhouse-style food, using only the best available meat products sourced from selected farms in Victoria, New South Wales and individual farmers and ranchers in the United States. This is all about the original flavour of the naturally raised meat, paired with the offer of our own steakhouse classics, as well as a modern approach on ingredients, preparation and combinations.

Can't give a review about the food since we unfortunately left without eating. Booked a table many days in advance for Christmas via their link here in Google Maps (called Open Table). There was a menu on this app, so we did our research and were excited to go and have some massive, meaty, and juicy burgers. When we got there, they had only the pricey items (wagyu, lobster etc)menu on the table. So we used the QR code on the pricey menu to open the "real" menu that had the pastas, burgers etc in it. We asked about the burgers, and apparently, they had decided to cut all the other more simple (and cheaper) dishes for the holidays (for the tourists, I assume). We had just had a dope workout and were really looking forward to the burgers promised on their site. We felt scammed - the 2 floors of the restaurant had only a few tables occupied and presenting only the wagyu, etc. menu seemed like a scam. Merry christmas 😀

The steak was good but the service was so bad. The staff were unmotivated because they pretended not to notice when I called them. Also, the Westerner like the manager was arrogant.

This is our favorite steakhouse in Thailand. We’ve visited both the Bangkok and Phuket locations. Even on a very busy New Years Eve, the food and the service were exceptional. We’ve been coming for years, and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Thailand

This review is for El Gaucho at Chidlom, Lang Suan. I made a mistake when booking online as I did not know you had several restaurants. I love the food there and the music is really nice, especialmente la musica latina!
