It was awful. This place should not have reservation available online to the public then won't let us in. The staff at the gate was so rude and there is no indication or message about how you need to be part of the residence. I planned my bday day with the confirmation of the reservation and credit card details. It was very unpleasant. Restaurants that are not open to the public should not even be on open table with no disclaimer. Rude, elitist and completely against the warmth and hospitality of Mexico. I will rather walk through the crocodile-populated jungle to La lancha playa every time than ever spend a min in this surf club. The idea that one monopolize the only road to a beautiful beach is so ungenerous.

The staff at the entry gate are very unwelcoming and rude. Although you can make a reservation here and access from within the Punta mita gates, they will not let you in unless you have a special “access card”. We were booked through the st Regis, and the concierge told us they were messing with us. And then if you cannot make your reservation, they charge you. Unpleasant.

Reggae night. Great music. Good food. It was low season so it was not crowded. I will return.

Reserve por open table no hubo ningún inconveniente, pero al llegar no me dejaron pasar , por que no estaba abierto el horario al público , solamente a residentes del fraccionamiento , entonces para que permiten reservar si no está abierto al público .
