   So with my experience everything was good and my lady loved it. My only issue was at the end. They was having trouble with how to pay so I had to pay a different way. When I received the bill the was no option to leave a tip so I called the server and asked her if there was a way I can tip and she pointed it out that it was already added and she pointed to a $23 “ delivery fee” that must of represented the tip. I was gonna tip anyway but I just felt as this rip being added without my signature was unprofessional. It was a party of 2 so it’s not like we had a party of 8 it was just 2 of us. I just felt kinda wrong what if I didn’t like the service and didn’t want to tip ? I didn’t have the option or was out there automatic and don’t appreciate it.

   Service was subpar they had no energy. Surprisingly slow for a Friday night. $25 to sign happy birthday is unnecessary. Asked for medium steak it was well done. Drinks were watered down.

   I've been there more than 3x. Overall, great. Drinks way over priced, though. They charged me & my date $32 for a glass of amaretto sour that was heavily iced smh

   What a weird experience. This is more like a club that opens later and we were just there to make some $$ while they set up. Drinks were good as was food but wow, odd. They were testing the sound system and setting up the TV system above our heads and they included a “delivery charge” on our check which they said was the service charge. Craziness.

   I definitely don’t recommend for any special occasion I went for valentines and made a reservation. I had to wait an hour outside before getting inside to wait on another line inside I left and came back and they sent me down. Had us sitting an hour and 30 minutes to order food only it was very unorganized. I don’t recommend people getting the wrong plates. I am leaving and didn’t even eat ruined my valentines.

   There is nothing elite about this place. It was my first and last time there. Service was horrible, we had a 10pm reservation and waited almost 15min to be seated which was fine. Once we were at our table, we waited an HOUR and kept calling at different servers to come take our order and none of them took our order. They kept saying the next person will do it or they will be right back but they were taking orders for bigger groups and people that had just walked in. After over an hour, they gave us free drinks which were not even good and we didn’t even drink them. After several attempts, we left and thats when one of them came to us asking us not to leave and that he would be taking our order shortly but after over an hour of waiting we were no longer interested in spending money at this horrible place.

   It took over an hour for a waiter to come to our table. We repeated our order 4x to 3 different staff members & it took longer for us to be able to retain our check

   Drinks are way tooooo expensive, they charge you as if they’re using fresh ingredients but they’re just using juice, if I’m paying $20 for a drink I’m expecting a hand crafted cocktail with fresh ingredients! Service was good, didn’t eat, probably wouldn’t go back

    This is a great place to be at for a pregame before the main event or if you have a group of friends that you wanna hang out, drink and socialize loudly without feeling rude. There was a live DJ that definitely played great music. The food was fairly good. I enjoyed it, I ordered the steak, medium rare, and it came exactly how I like. As for my partner, they ordered the pasta which she also enjoyed. My only complaint ends up being about the service there were a few times where I had to look over my shoulder and raise my hand over the crowd to get the servers attention. Unfortunately, the server did take our drink and appetizer, but then ended up disappearing well after we were served the drinks and appetizer. They did not return to take our entrée order. Nor did they bother to ask how everything is going, as well as ordering another round of drinks I needed to take the time to find the server AGAIN. Afterwards it’s when I theorized that the gratuity must be included already, and of course at the end the end of the night… it very much was included. I did not think the service was deserving of 18%-20%.
