Ēma is a Mediterranean and California-inspired restaurant from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants located at 1320 Patriot Blvd. The menu, crafted by Chef Partner CJ Jacobson features spreads, dips and assorted mezze, Mediterranean small plates, with an emphasis on Hummus & Spreads, Raw, Vegetables and Kebabs. Signature dishes include Moroccan Onion Dip, Spinach & Feta Spread, Tahini Caesar Salad, Octopus Carpaccio and Spicy Brisket Kefta Kebab.

The beverage program showcases cocktails with flavors crafted from Mediterranean ingredients like chinola, fig, fresno chile and coriander. The wine program, curated by Sommelier John C. We had a fabulous lunch at Ema’s today. We ordered the spicy hunnus the onion spread, chopped salad and their Caesar salad. Everything was absolutely delicious. Loved it!

Our choices were very tasty. Service was good. My only criticism is 1. I started with a dirty knife 2. There were 5 tables in a row along the wall. We sat a table (4 open tables in the row) but the hostess sat a group of pretty loud men right next to us. The other 3 tables remained empty throughout the whole lunch.

Beautiful inside and the food was very good. We had a waiter that was not on top of our order. The timing was way off on the food to the table.

Everything about this restaurant is outstanding. Our server, Jesse, was above and beyond fabulous. Her recommendations were spot on snd she was simply delightful. We want to rerun tomorrow!!!🥰🥰

The food was good - our server recommended the eggplant spread and cheese as appetizers and I could eat those everyday, they were so flavorful. We also ordered the salmon and it literally came with two undercooked sweet potato cubes and two tiny carrots, and the salmon was dry - overall the fish was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend it. The service was extremely slow. We ordered drinks right away when we sat down, and maybe 15 minutes later ordered an appetizer and our appetizer came before our drinks. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes for a drink which was super disappointing, and then our second round of drinks were similar - a beer and glass of wine and easily took another 15 minutes. And while the food was good, I thought the braised short rib and salmon were overpriced for the portion.

Ema is a fantastic dining experience and a terrific addition to Glenview! The ambiance is relaxing and beautiful, and the servers could not be more attentive and friendly. The food is delicious and each dish is unique and flavorful. The prices are $$$ but it is a "well-worth it" and enjoyable dining experience!
