    The servers were all warm and friendly. The food was delicious - some of the best steak I have ever had. The salad bar was good - I wish they had signs stating what each thing was and their ingredients.

    Went to Christmas dinner. Service was fast, Food was amazing. Only dissatisfaction was the tables were a bit close that we couldn’t help but hear the entire conversation next to us.

    I had Christmas dinner at Estampa Gaucha and it was great, food and service was excellent even with a packed house I never waiting for any dishes or meats. I also highly recommend the dessert. Highly recommend this restaurant & the Westin hotel

    Sad that Braza closed in Briar Creek so tried this as their replacement. The salad bar was sub par and for the price of the meal was no where close to expectations. The meats were not as good as other steakhouses like this and their servers were not well versed on the different temperatures of the meats. Overall was disappointed in the quality and overall options of the available items.

    Great food, good service. The owner is a really nice guy and comes around and checks on the tables. The meats are prepared perfectly, seasoned well and the salad bar is great!!

    Awesome food, everything was good except the length in the time it took to get our bill, but it’s okay it was very busy. Awesome experience overall
