A really enjoyable visit today. Food and service was great. The roasted pumpkin soup was so tasty and we got the rack of venison for mains and its was 👌 We will be back in the new year for sure.

Beautiful food!! , friendly and very helpful staff, the restaurant has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and makes you want to come back for more.

Shocking experience. Left waiting for our table for 45minutes, when we finally got our table we were left waiting for another ten minutes before anyone asked us for a drink. They built a makeshift table for us at the cutlery stand and beside an open door. Draft blowing constantly asked to move we’re told they would move us to a new table, one became available, didn’t move us and just left us. Will never be back, overpriced absolute disaster of a restaurant

Lovely lunch yesterday for our family Christmas Day out. Sirloin of beef was cooked perfectly 👌 Small delay with our desserts but it’s only to be expected this time of year and you can tell the staff are working really hard.

Unfortunately not a good experience. we ordered oysters 6 between us they were very nice and came straight away, but we waited another 1h and 15min for our main and my stake was fantastic but my wife's Sunday rost was very cold like it was lying and ready way before mine so they replaced it another 15min later so the next thing was sorry but we need the table back soon and as it was my birthday we were going to have dessert but unfortunately due there Incompetence we were rushed out

Was waiting about 10/15min to get seated but it was a week before Xmas so it’s expected to be busy, was also waiting a while to get our drinks but again it’s expected. Food was lovely and so were the drinks

Food was cold. Waiters were friendly but Management was rude. We were rushed off our table after 80 mins.

I was totally underwhelmed here. I was so looking forward to dining here as Dylan mc grath has achieved a Michelin star. The steak was nice, the fries tasted like they were cooked in very cheap cooking oil, really awful. The price did not reflect in the quality. The service was very slow, it was busy, but no excuse. You had to catch the attention of the staff to order a drink. Not ideal. The Rooftop bar is amazing, but drinks are overpriced. The best part of this experience was the building and the red walls. Thats it.

Lovely food and great service. Christmas menu had a great selection for our group. Ended the night up on their garden terrace which was great craic!

The tripled fried fries were so dry and flavourless half our table didn’t eat them at all. Don’t get me wrong, their meats are delicious. The dessert menu was a bit disappointing too with some weird alterations to classic desserts (who puts soft prunes with crème brûlée) so we went with the ones that seemed less complicated and the portions were generous as well as good. Service wise, they forgot a few things several times. It’s a pity drinks are handled by the bar upstairs because that bar is always busy so it can take a while to get your drink, or it’s forgotten entirely and the poor floor staff gets to apologise for that. Noise level was high when we arrived as the rooms were full. It echoes quite a lot around so fortunately there’s no background music. It died down significantly as people left.
