It was absolutely amazing. Food was beautiful and tasted so delicious. The wait staff recommended a sparking wine that was a perfect pairing with the food. The view of Lake Louise was breath taking.

Ambience is great and the view is incredible. However, the food is very overpriced and is only average. Overall, wouldn't recommend.

Luke was an excellent waiter - very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our Afternoon Tea. The food itself was delicious, particularly the croissant with turkey and pancetta and the yuzu dessert. The hotel itself is gorgeous and we were sat beside a window with an amazing view of Lake Louise. A delightful one of a kind experience in Lake Louise.

Everything was very elegant, it was snowing so we didn’t get to see the amazing blue lake from The window. Overall, amazing experience.

Chin (our server) was Devine and super lovely, knowledgeable and just made us feel very welcome! The tea tower was fab and super flavourful!

We've had much better English afternoon teas. This place is OK only if you get a table with a nice view. Otherwise, it is not worth it, especially with the very unpleasant attitude of the hostess.

Wow. The view alone is worth eating here. walking in immediately puts you in a good mood! We were pleasantly surprised to see a vegan option! The house sparkling was delicious! The food was inventive and beautiful! I could have stayed there all afternoon!
