Welcome to 'Fête,' brought to you by Chef David Slay where the very essence of celebration, or 'Fête' in French, comes to life in the form of a casual yet stylish bistro, whisking you away to the cozy corners of your favorite Parisian neighborhood.

As you step into our charming establishment, you'll find two distinct rooms that each tell a unique story. The first exudes a minimalistic elegance, adorned with antique caricatures that pay homage to tradition. The second room welcomes you with a whimsical embrace, featuring playful details such as wallpaper adorned with monkeys enjoying cigars and libations one wouldn't typically associate with jungles.

This unique blend of culinary heritage is what makes Fête a haven for connoisseurs of both French and Lebanese cuisine, crafted from the finest ingredients sourced fresh from our very own farm, the Slay Estate & Vineyard.

Short pour on glass of wine. Waitress had a poor attitude. Glass of wine incorrectly billed.

Will not go back! Sat at an awkward table by the swinging kitchen door. Mushy cold scallops. So over priced. Staff subpar for $40+ entree type of restaurant. Expressed disappointment to manager and she really didn’t care and blamed experience on being busy. Really bad value.

Dining at Fete Bistro by Slay is a delightful experience. The restaurant is alive with guests enjoying the ambience - delicious food and drink. Love that Mezcal Margarita! Menu choices are varied and delicious. For the health conscious, it becomes obvious that freshness is a goal of the chef. Salads are exquisite, crisp and varied with additions of fruit, olives etc. The bibb lettuce with pears is amazing, but so is the Tabouli. Dinner choices are varied, and lush. Whether fish, beef, or vegetarian, each is a perfect choice. Love the kabobs, a wonderful selection of chicken, shrimp, or beef. The fish dishes have a light texture, sauce, and spicing. To top off a grand meal, the dessert options are tempting, especially the Creme Brulee. As a frequent diner, I recommend making a reservation at Fete Bistro by Slay. Request Tess as your server. She is an absolute delight, especially helpful for guests to select their perfect menu choices!

Came in for the 3 course Sunday Dinner and was very impressed. The food and sauces were excellent and the portions were good. Service was impeccable as the owner and GM made sure everything was to our liking.

We were very pleased with the freshness and quality of the food. Every single dish from the steak tartare to mussels, along with the duck confit and the salad had unique flavors. We loved the place, congrats to the team at Fete Bistro.

This was the worst experience at Fete. The service was horrible and the food was poor quality. We sat down and waited 10 minutes for a server to order a bottle of wine, we asked to put in an appetizer of hummus and pita. Then server told us there were two steak specials left and we had to order them now to reserve them, so we gave her our whole order. The soups came but no hummus or salad… then we had to ask what happened with the hummus, and salad. And to please not fire the steaks yet. The salad was poorly presented and thrown together. I had to eat the salad by myself since my other guests ordered soup to start and they came 20 minutes apart. The steaks finally came and were overcooked- tasted like they had been reheated since there had been a large party of 25 before us and sounded like these were left overs! For $54 each, we each ate a bite and couldn’t continue. The server didn’t seem to care or be concerned. Please refund us - two credit cards were used- Alex Goodson and Walter Rainey. Food and service were phenomenal! Lamb meatballs paired nicely with the hummus and fresh pita. Will definitely be back.
