   First I’ll say our waitress Shy was very sweet and attentive. However we had a 430 reservation and ordered the beef carpaccio. They were Out! She told us they actually ran out last night. So they didn’t bother to prepare more?? The entire meal we were plagued with flies and nats. Couldn’t enjoy the food. The food was ok but not the best Italian I’ve ever had. One of the managers pranced back and forth many times but never stopped to speak or see how we were doing. This restaurant seemed to be pretty high end but I would not recommend it to anyone.

   Caesar salad with fried cheese croutons was amazing and the flatbread was perfect size for sharing and very tasty. Krista was once again a great server.

   Food was delicious. Waitress was sweet. We had fried calamari (my husband did & he said it was very good), fried mozzarella - delicious and HUGE, eggplant parmigiana with spaghetti - very good and also a huge portion, and fettuccine Alfredo- very good. We have missed authentic Italian food since leaving NY, and we were pleasantly surprised with how good this food was. Oh, I forgot about dessert- the Elvis cheesecake was delicious. I will skip the cannolis next time. The cream inside did not taste like cannoli cream. The only things I wish were different were - our sodas came in small plastic cups for some reason, and I wish they’d give some warm bread & butter at the table when they seat you. Overall we really enjoyed this place and plan to return and probably do takeout also when we are craving Italian food again.

   We have dined here many times, and it never disappoints. From the service to the food & drinks, it is fantastic. Seafood scampi is a star but so is the eggplant parm & the hot charcuterie appetizer is terrific.

   We ordered cocktails off of their cocktail menu. The bartender did not know how to make them. They had to be remade one person in our party of four had to wait a very long time for her food. The other diners were almost finished. It wasn’t the best experience.

   Amazing food! Poor service. Waiter definitely didn’t have any experience. We waited 15-20 minutes for a drink and the restaurant was basically empty. The food was excellent but the service was lacking the whole time. Table next to us (the only other table in the dining room at first) felt the same way.

   Fantastic restaurant - no criticism; only praise! Definitely get the espresso martini. Lasagna on Sundays is heavenly!

   Overall dinner was good. I’d definitely go back but a couple small concerns. Veal parmigiana was too thick and way too much breading. Too much pasta on the plate also. Truffle fries were very good but no real truffle flavor. Olives appetizer was delish and so was the fried burrata. Also the waiter offered us the steak special but then came back and said they were out. Also offered us a desert and then came back and said they were sold out. I could understand if it was late but we were there for a 6pm dinner. Very noisy and a bit slow on attention. Also I would prefer the staff to be better dressed. Doesn’t need to be fancy just more tailored. Prices were reasonable and I would definitely go back but a few should be tweaked.

    My only complaint is that the point of entry gets congested due to it being right when you walk in. Food and service was amazing. We had drinks that did not take long to be served after ordering. Our waitress, Jerrica, was knowledgeable of their menue and was able to answer questions quickly. We will definitely be back to dine in again.
