Fiorenza was founded on December 1st of 2012 by Roberto Persi, the original chef of Toscana in Italy, and his wife Fiorenza in the suburbs of San José del Cabo. After two years they changed their headquarters to the touristic zone in San José. Thanks to the great service and the wonderful taste of the authentic Italian food the place has been a complete success.

    We come every year in town. Great service. Very pleasant. The singer is very good. The food is wonderful. The chef will slightly change a menu item to accommodate guests. I will say last night the pasta / raviolis were a little “ wet” “ doughy” Ie overcooked. I wish they just brought black pepper when deliver salad vs having to ask and wait / also same for Parmesan for pasta

    The food was outstanding and reasonably priced. The table in the courtyard next to the fountain was a great ambiance. The live music was very good and the singer was delightful.

    This is our second time here in two years. Love to eat here for birthdays. Our appetizer, the Prosciutto E Melon, was tasty. I had the Pasta Fiorenza. Delicious flavor but the chicken chunks were a bit dry. My husband had the Pollo Ai 4 Formaggi. Very delicious & the chicken breast was tender & moist. We had a surprise Tiramisu for my birthday that was the best I’ve ever had. Mauricio provided excellent service!

    Always a favorite when we come to San Jose. The owners are very friendly. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is lovely.

    Great spot! Set back off the street with a festive courtyard centered around a fountain. Luckily we were seated outside (the inside is lovely but not as lively). Live music was nice, not too overwhelming. Seemed like lots of locals dining there. We had salads and pizzas and they were excellent- very fresh ingredients. Prices were much more reasonable than the Italian places closer to resorts. My only complaint was the service - the staff was extremely friendly, but there were a lot of large groups that night and our little table of 4 got forgotten quite a bit. So took a while to place orders, get check etc. but wasn’t a big deal because it was pleasant to sit and enjoy the music/atmosphere while we waited. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a break from Mexican fare

    We ate her twice during our 2 weeks stay and food was great both times. We had pasta on our first visit and pizza on our 2nd. The entertainment was very nice both times we dined there. We ate at other Italian places and this was by far the best and very economical as well. Serice was very friendly and the server suggested great Mexican wine.
